This lines by Dante Alighieri, seems to describe exactly what Daniele and Elisa found when they came across a place that wasabandoned and forgotten by everyone since the beginning of the past century, where the vegetation had taken over the walls of an ancient watermill of the 15thcentury, located right in the middle of a medieval path, between Lecchi and Gaiole in Chianti. The two young italian were impressed by its’ beauty and after a long and meticulous restoration of the site, have created a beautiful 4-star hotel, where one mayhavean unforgettable holiday in a fairy-tale-likedestination…
